1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak shopping periods, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we ship products directly from our supplier in China.
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
Our shipping partner is Canada Post.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping option.
5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided via email.
Please keep an eye on your tracking information to determine whether your package will be delivered to your address or to a local pickup location. If pickup is required, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel.

6. Delivery Responsibility
Once the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@michaeljennifercalgary.com.
