1. How We Operate

Michael & Jennifer Calgary Toronto operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we do not keep large inventories. Products that are not stocked locally are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

As a result, returned items must also be sent to our supplier's return address in China.

2. Return Request & Timeframe

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting info@michaeljennifercalgary.com.

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically delivered.

  • Please include your order number and a valid reason for your return request.

  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive the supplier's return address.

3. Return Conditions

  • A valid reason for the return is required.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

  • Sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless they remain unopened and unused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any international shipping charges and customs fees.

  • Items must be returned to our supplier's return address in China.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process returns without proof of shipment.

5. Alternative Solutions

Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative solution whenever possible, such as a partial refund, store credit, or discount on a future purchase.

6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, incorrect item, damage, or a manufacturing defect, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your email must include:

  • Clear photographs of the issue.

  • A description of the problem.

Without photos and a description, we cannot process your claim or offer a refund or replacement.

We will work with you as quickly as possible to find an appropriate solution.

7. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier's return address in China.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.

Refund requests or chargebacks may not be initiated before the order has been delivered.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing the correct shipping address is the customer's responsibility.

  • Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@michaeljennifercalgary.com.
